Artisan Crafts / Costumery / Props & Accessories

The chalice I made for my Selkie costume (I'll upload a proper picture as soon as we make any ^^°)

It's mainly made of paper-mache and thin cardboard (and, of course, a plastic sphere and acryl paint).
It can be filled with water, but since doing so takes quite a while I thought it wasn't worth the time just for a single picture.

It's quite heavy when filled, so I do understand now why the characters are carrying it on their heads xD It's a lot easier.

The painting took like forever and it's still not nearly perfect.. But overall I like the outcome as a whole :3

Altogether it took around one to two weeks to make it. But it was fun!
